My next post will be a tutorial on how I did it. I really like how it turned out, but the next one I would like to be a little more dainty, so in order to achieve that, smaller gauge wire for a smaller stem.

Making my own flowers for fairy houses
What I am doing in the studio you ask. I know, you did not ask, but I will tell you anyway. I am so proud of myself because I was in the studio by five-thirty each morning this week. I am making little fairy houses and furniture. I needed some flowers to go on the little houses, so I decided to make them myself. I am having to be a little more thrifty these days. I try to stay out of the craft stores as much as possible, because I want every thing I see! I will go in for one thing and will come out with way more than I intended on buying.

My next post will be a tutorial on how I did it. I really like how it turned out, but the next one I would like to be a little more dainty, so in order to achieve that, smaller gauge wire for a smaller stem.

LOVELY! You are so creative - I'm looking forward to not only seeing your faerie furniture and furnishings, but your tutorial.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing to me that you can make these gorgeous flowers! They are very sweet and dainty. It makes me happy when you post something I love to see your artistery. Hugs, Pearl
ReplyDeleteYou are something else, Gal. Talented and creative. How about some painted roses? You must share some of your past beauties with us again. Take care.
