Hi! It has been a long time since my last post. I am still creating when I can find the time. What is taking up my time you ask? My granddaughter Sea Gypsy Lilly!
I had so many crafty ideas to share this Halloween, but it will have to wait until next year. Lilly just turned one a few weeks ago. The bottles are gone and a sippy cup takes its place. She is walking, really good may I add. She is my little miracle and blessing sent from heaven.
God decided at the age of fifty, I needed another job, raising Lilly. The last few years have really been hard. I really do not want to get into details about why I am raising my granddaughter, I am just so thankful. She is mending broken hearts and fills the house with her laughter.

  1. Lilly looks like the sweetest thing in the world. You are truly blessed to be able to raise her. Grandmothers are wonderful, I lived with mine for many years and it was an experience I will never forget. My husband lived with his for years also. Grandmothers are put on this earth for special purposes by God. My name, Susan, is a variation of Susannah which in Hebrew means Lilly, so your grand doll and I already have a special bond. Keep those pictures coming and try to blog about her whenever you can. You truly are blessed.
